Your trainer will take your fitness goals seriously. They understand that losing weight and gaining muscle can be challenging. Your trainer will analyze your body type, BMI, and metabolism, to create your individualized fitness plan. Your training is all online based, this means you can do your training at your convienence and wherever you want. In-person training will be available on a case by case basis.
Our Trainers are capable of analyzing your body and creating a fitness plan that will help you reach your goals. Most plans are training based or diet based. There are packages for both training and diet available as well. For the best results the packages are highly recommended. Social media is flooded with people claiming to be personal trainers, but have no certifications to back up their statements. Any creditable trainer will be able to provide proof of a certification to show they have the knowledge to go along with any experience they may have.
Often times people give up on their fitness goals because they don't see the progress they are expecting. Our Trainers want to understand what your goals are, and if needed, how to set short term goals that will lead you to your long term goals. Our Trainers will help guide you on the path to success and get you where you want to go. Ultimately, your trainer can only give you the blueprints on how to achieve your goals, you are the one that has to follow them.
When Evolved Physique first started it was because of a lack of knowledgable and creditable trainers that can train for competitions. Our lead trainer has competed in fitness and bodybuilding competitions for more than 5 years and know what it takes. If competition prep is something that you're looking for, look no further. Your program will be specifically tuned to what you're trying to achieve.
One of the keys to success is to have an open line of communication with your trainer. With the Evolved Physique App you will be able to talk to your trainer any time, day or night. See your workout plan, meal plan and any additional things your trainer might have you doing. You will also be able to track your workouts to make sure you're progressing in strength, endurance or consistancy.
